Dear Michigan Mortgage Modification,
 
I just wanted to thank you guys for all your help. I really didn’t know what to do before I found you guys on the internet. I was behind on my mortgage payment because I simply could not afford to pay what they were asking.
 
My adjustable rate mortgage payment kept going up and I’m on a fixed income so eventually the payment exceeded my income. I also fell behind on my property taxes because of the escalating payment. My mortgage company paid the taxes and then wanted that money back over 12 months which raised my payment even more.

I was almost ready to let the house go because there was no end in sight. Fortunately, I found you guys on the internet and you handled everything for me. I didn’t have to deal with my mortgage company and the results you guys got for me were nothing short of amazing.

You were able to reduce my interest rate from 7.75% to 5%, which lowered my payment by $150 per month, I didn’t have to pay the payments I was behind or my taxes, and my first payment wasn’t due for another 2 months. It’s so nice to be able to breathe again financially!  I can’t thank you guys enough for what you’ve accomplished for me.

I’m so happy I didn’t give up because you guys have been a blessing in my life.  I will tell everyone about you guys and I’m glad that there are good people out there helping those in need.  Thanks again Michigan Mortgage Modification.

I’ve never written a letter like this before but I wanted to take the time to thank you and Jason for all your help with our loan modification. I’ll be honest, we really didn’t know what to expect but for some reason we trusted you guys and we’re glad we did. It’s not everyday that companies live up to their claim but you guys sure came through for us.

Our adjustable rate mortgage was eating up over half of our income. It seemed like it just kept going up and our homes value kept going down. There are so many foreclosures around us that our homes value has plummeted. We couldn’t refinance and didn’t know how to solve this problem.

Plus, with Laura being laid off and having to take a pay cut working for the local convenient store things were really tight for us. On top of that, my overtime was cut due to state cut backs and it seemed almost inevitable that we would get behind on our payments. I’m glad we had found Michigan Mortgage Modification online or who knows what would’ve happened.

I’m still amazed at how you guys were able to get our payment lowered by $365.00 per month. You reduced our interest rate from 8.6% to 4% and now we can afford to live like normal people again.  It truly has put us back in the driver’s seat of our finances.

We really didn’t believe it was true when we first received the modification paperwork.  You guys told us that we could expect a lower payment, and even though we were a little skeptical, you came through huge. I though that lowering the payment around $250 would have been good but you guys really under promised and over delivered!

Thanks so much Trevor and Jason! We tell everyone about you guys and hope that more homeowners in need get your help. You guys did a great job!

Dear Trevor and Jason,
 
I really don’t know where to start. I guess I’d like to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. Without your help, we may possibly have lost our home.
 
The last 2 years have really been tough on us with one financial tragedy after another. Dave and I did everything we could to stay afloat including depleting our savings to refinance out of an adjustable rate mortgage. We paid over $6,000 at the closing table because we owed more on our home than it was worth.
 
That was just the beginning. Our upstairs bathroom had leaked into the lower level of our home and when we contacted the insurance company they refused to pay for the damages because they discovered mold. This forced us to gut our entire bathroom and it still hasn’t been finished yet because we ran out of money.
 
On top of that, last Thanksgiving, our main sewer drain collapsed causing the sewer to back up into our basement.  On top of ruining our carpet and padding, we had to pay for the emergency repair to the sewer under our home. This repair cost us over $3000, that Dave had to borrow from his 401K, and destroyed our deck and all of our landscaping. Our backyard looks hideous compared to what it used to look like.
 
All of these things together have put us into a position where we’ve exhausted all of our resources with no hope of getting help. Fortunately, we were referred to you guys from Goldstar Mortgage. Although we thought it was too good to be true, we sure are glad we hired you guys.
 
Everything that you guys have accomplished for us is going to allow us to finally finish our bathroom and get our backyard to where it used to be.  With our new lower interest rates, we’ll save over $400 per month.  Plus our first payment isn’t due until March 1st, two months away!
 
Now we no longer have to live paycheck to paycheck and we can get our home back in order.  It’s such a relief to not have to worry about this any more.  You guys really helped to make a positive change in our lives.

Dear Trevor,
 
I wanted to take the time to write you a thank you letter for all you have done for Barbara and me.  The mortgage you helped us modify was not clearly explained to us or I would have never signed the documents. As you know, I was in the hospital when we closed this loan and they had me sign everything from my hospital bed.  I believe I was taken advantage of and I’m glad you were able to get us some justice on this loan.
 
I would have never signed up for an interest only loan but the mortgage company kept telling me that it would save me money and he was a smooth talking sales person.  That’s why I’m so happy we found Michigan Mortgage Modification because you guys were able to turn our interest only loan into a regular loan and still lower our payment.
 
Your modification took us from a 7% interest only payment of $1,082.91, to a 5.25% rate and a payment including principal of $953.24. Now we’re saving $120 per month and our loan balance goes down with every payment.  Plus we didn’t have to pay a mortgage payment for two months.
 
I don’t know how we would have managed without your help.  Thanks for everything and I’m sure you will live a blessed life because of the way you are able to help those in need.
