Our Self Study Course is the foundation of our service offerings. Both our Do It Yourself clients and those that are looking for a turnkey solution find great value in this program. The course includes the acclaimed interactive training guide “The DIY Loan Modification Kit”. This interactive eBook is delivered as a digital download and is the most comprehensive guide available.  You are also provided access to a multi part video tutorial series presented by Trevor Sines, co founder of Michigan Mortgage Modification. Completion of this course prepares anyone to compile and submit their own loan workout request. Enrollees in the course also receive a 30 minute consultation with a loan modification specialist and the opportunity to review their specific request with a professional familiar with all of the latest assistance options. Whether you are seeking a crash course in loan modification prior to trying to modify your own loan, or would prefer professional representation, enrollment in this comprehensive course is the starting point for your successful loan workout. Enrollment in our study course costs $500.

The Full Loan Modification Service

With our full loan modification service offering we do all the heavy lifting. We obtain your written authorization to contact your servicer and negotiate the loan modification on your behalf. This service provides full time, professional representation or your interests. No more missed phone calls or long hold times. You will be assigned to a loan workout specialist who will work with you throughout the process. This service starts with a forensic audit of your current loan documents to scan for errors, omissions or violations of State and Federal lending laws. Your assigned specialist will complete a comprehensive income and expense analysis. Upon completion of this analysis and receipt of all required documents, a complete loan workout request will be compiled, reviewed and submitted to your mortgage servicer.

Weekly follow up and status calls will be made on your behalf. Once a modification has been approved, your new loan documents will be reviewed for accuracy and completeness prior to your acceptance. The full loan modification service is for all borrowers, whether they are current or delinquent on their house payment. However we strongly recommended this service for any borrower who is more than sixty days delinquent.

The cost for our full loan modification service is the equivalent of one monthly mortgage payment and is payable upon your acceptance of the new loan modification. So, for example, if you had a $1,500 mortgage payment prior to your modification, once you accepted the new terms of your modification, you would pay us $1,500.
